What does managed private infrastructure include?+
It may include a managed server, remote access, technical monitoring, and backups for business systems and ERP. The final composition is documented in the agreed scope.
How are capacity and availability defined?+
They are assessed according to the system, usage profile, dependencies, and available resources. The applicable configuration and conditions are detailed in the proposal.
How does remote access work?+
The access mechanism is defined during the technical assessment. Adelantos configures the agreed method for authorized users, and the client keeps those authorizations current.
How do backups work?+
Frequency, retention, destination, and restoration procedures are agreed for each environment. Management is limited to the routines included in the contracted service.
Does Adelantos offer housing or colocation for client equipment?+
Not currently. The service uses infrastructure provided and managed by Adelantos; we do not host physical servers or other third-party equipment.
Are ERP licenses and functional support included?+
Not automatically. Licenses, vendor maintenance, and functional support remain the responsibility of the client or its provider unless an item is expressly included in scope. Adelantos focuses on the agreed technical infrastructure.
