The final scope depends on the system, document workflow and each company’s SIFEN situation.
Does the API service include access to Pymes Guru?+
Yes. It includes access to an associated Pymes Guru account as a complementary interface for viewing, management and processes the client system has not yet integrated. Users, roles and permissions are agreed during onboarding.
Can it connect to an existing ERP or POS?+
Yes. It is intended for systems that already produce the required commercial data, after reviewing their data model and process.
Is the technical documentation public?+
Integration documentation is provided during onboarding and versioned for the agreed environment and scope.
Does the API replace SIFEN requirements?+
No. It simplifies technical integration, while the company and integrator remain responsible for applicable requirements and operational validation.
What audit data is available?+
Traceability data is recorded for processed operations, such as operation type, date and time, batch or CDC, status, messages and correlation where applicable. Exact fields, consultation channel, access and retention depend on the agreed environment and scope; they do not replace the accounting or legal records the company must retain.
Is there a single price?+
The proposal depends on volume, required operations, the current system and the level of support needed.
