MODULAR PLATFORM FOR ISPs

Billing, network and protection working together.

We connect subscriber management with account activation and suspension, protected DNS, optional content-control profiles, blacklist policies and observability. Every implementation is sized for the provider’s topology and systems.

FOUR LAYERS, ONE OPERATION

Adopt what your ISP needs today.

Modules can be introduced together or in stages while respecting existing commercial systems, network design and procedures.

01

Subscribers and billing

Commercial management connected to the account’s operational status.

  • Accounts and due dates
  • Activation and suspension
  • Existing-system integration
DNS
02

Protected DNS and profiles

Redundant resolution with TIF as the baseline and optional content categories enabled on request.

  • TIF enabled by default
  • Ads, adult content and more
  • Profiles managed by client or segment
BL
03

Managed blacklist

Threat intelligence consolidation with a current baseline for MikroTik RouterOS; other platforms require a validated adapter.

  • Centralized updates
  • Progressive rollout
  • Recovery and rollback
NOC
04

NOC and observability

Metrics, synthetic probes and technical events brought together in Grafana dashboards.

  • Service and host health
  • Logs and network signals
  • Alerts through agreed channels
DNS CONTENT CONTROL

A security baseline with optional profiles.

Standard protection uses a threat-intelligence profile. The ISP may request additional profiles for subscribers or segments, subject to compatibility and operational validation.

ENABLED BY DEFAULT

Threat Intelligence Feed · TIF

Protection against domains associated with malware, phishing, fraud, scams and other known threats.

PROFILES ON REQUEST

Advertising and tracking

Graduated profiles for ads, tracking, telemetry and metrics.

Adult content

Blocking of domains classified as NSFW or adult content.

Gambling

Full, medium or reduced categories for gambling sites.

Social networks

Restrictions for social networks covered by the selected list.

Safe search and bypass

Optional controls for search engines without SafeSearch and DNS bypass methods.

Blocking happens at DNS level: it does not remove ads served from the same domain and may affect legitimate features. Every profile requires testing, exceptions and rollback. Sources are selected and updated according to technical and operational criteria.

OPERATIONAL INTEGRATION

From payment to access, without isolated processes.

The solution connects commercial decisions with network actions and technical signals while keeping controls and responsibilities clear.

01 · COMMERCIAL

Billing

The system records account status and applies the defined commercial rules.

02 · SUBSCRIBER

Access

The integration activates or suspends the account through the agreed network mechanism.

03 · NETWORK

DNS and policies

Subscribers use protected resolution and managed technical controls.

04 · NOC

Observation

Metrics, probes and events feed dashboards and operational notifications.

iAutomation is adapted to each ISP’s access platform and billing system.
VISIBILITY FOR THE NOC

An operational view of the complete service.

Grafana brings together DNS, infrastructure, policy, log and security indicators to investigate degradation and prioritize action.

  • Availability and latency
  • Resolver status
  • Policy freshness
  • Host resources
  • Errors and events
  • Notification channels
!
Alerts with operational context

External notifications are configured for the channels agreed during implementation. Frequency, recipients and response are defined within the service scope.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Managed technology, shared operations.

Adelantos implements and maintains the agreed platform; the ISP retains commercial decisions, customer-care policies and control of its network.

CONTROLLED IMPLEMENTATION

Introduced in stages, never by surprise.

We first understand the existing operation. Then we design, test and deploy the agreed modules.

01

Discovery

Billing, access, routers, DNS, topology and current operational procedures.

02

Design

Modular scope, integrations, capacity, responsibilities and rollback plan.

03

Pilot

Limited-scope testing with observability and acceptance criteria.

04

Operations

Progressive rollout, documentation and support according to contract.

TECHNICAL SCOPE

Designed around your network.

This is not a closed box: we define an architecture compatible with the provider’s operational reality.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What matters before integration.

The final scope depends on the ISP’s current technology and procedures.

Do I have to replace my billing system?

Not necessarily. We assess whether it can integrate with account activation and suspension or whether a complementary module is preferable.

Does the solution work with any router?

The currently validated baseline for blacklist delivery uses MikroTik RouterOS 7.16 or later. Other platforms and subscriber-account automation require a dedicated adapter and testing.

What does protected DNS block?

A TIF profile is enabled by default for domains associated with malware, phishing, fraud and scams. Advertising, tracking, adult content, gambling, social networks, SafeSearch and bypass controls are optional profiles.

Can a subscriber request an individual profile?

Yes, when the network topology can identify the subscriber consistently. Controls apply by subscriber or network segment; they do not inspect web pages or replace user/device-level controls. Activation requires testing and acceptance of possible restrictions.

Does Adelantos monitor the service continuously?

Monitoring and external notifications can be part of the service. Support hours, escalation and responsibilities are defined commercially; this page does not promise a specific SLA.

What operational data does the platform process?

Depending on the contracted modules, it may process subscriber IP addresses, queried domains and technical events for security and diagnostics. Categories, purpose, retention, authorized access and responsibilities are documented in the contract and its data-processing schedule.

How many subscribers does it support?

Capacity is determined through technical sizing and validation of the required topology, protocols, load and redundancy. We do not use one figure for every network.

Does the future IP television solution include channels?

Adelantos proposes the technology platform, not a channel catalog. Signals, licenses and distribution rights for each service area must be authorized and contractually defined before the service is offered.
